Second, build a collaboration system for alliance units. Use the "enterprise+union" Model, relying on the market-oriented operation of Jiangsu New Horizon Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center Co., Ltd., the existing shareholders15Home and alliance unit152, cooperated with Donghua University, Beijing Institute of Fashion and other colleges and universities, covering the complete domestic textile fibre industry chain, surrounding the national enterprise technology center, national textile and fibre testing center and other industries50%The above national innovation platforms provide resources and services for research and development of vital generic technologies in the industry. The third is to build a research and development achievements transformation system. Layout the innovation chain with the industrial chain, aim at advanced functional fibres and information, machinery, biology and other disciplines, make technological breakthroughs and cross integration, such as environment-friendly domestic polyester filament FDY R&D and achievement transformation of oil agent, new materials and application development for military and civilian purposes.
