Aim at the key fields of oil additives and additives in the chemical fiber production process, and strive to achieve a revolutionary breakthrough in advanced functional fiber technology. The second is to build an alliance unit coordination system. Adopting the "enterprise + alliance" model, relying on the market-oriented operation of Jiangsu New Vision Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center Co., Ltd., there are 15 existing shareholder units and 152 alliance units. It cooperates with Donghua University, Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and other universities and institutes, covering The complete domestic textile fiber industry chain covers more than 50% of the national enterprise technology center, national textile and fiber testing center and other national innovation platforms, providing resources and services for the research and development of key common technologies in the industry. The third is to build a transformation system for R&D achievements. Layout the innovation chain with the industrial chain, aim at advanced functional fibers and information, machinery, biology and other disciplines, and carry out technological breakthroughs and cross-integration, such as the research and development of environmentally friendly domestic polyester filament FDY oil agent and the transformation of achievements, new materials for military and civilian use and application development.
The innovation center establishes a collaborative innovation mechanism among government, industry, academia, research, and finance. Member units of all parties collaborate to formulate development strategies and technology research and development roadmaps, coordinate basic research, application development, and industrialization, form complementary advantages, and realize collaborative allocation of resources And benefit win-win.
Relying on the company's physical operation, the innovation center sets up a board of directors under the supervision of the shareholders' meeting as the central decision-making body to be responsible for the company's major decisions; implements the "center director responsibility system", the center director (COO) is responsible for daily operation management, and the general manager (CEO) is responsible for research and development Innovation management, led by top authoritative experts or entrepreneurs in the field of advanced functional fibers, has rich experience in technology research and development, transformation of achievements, and business management; implements the "two-wheel drive of technology and management" organizational model, and establishes a strategic advisory committee and an operation decision-making committee As the decision-making body of the shareholders' meeting, the chief scientist is hired to be in charge, to conduct research on the center's long-term development strategy planning, construction direction and investment, project evaluation, etc., provide consulting advice and make decisions.
