PILOT TEST BASE

It is planned to establish an engineering collaborative development system for the entire industry chain, to overcome the complete set of technologies for the industrialization of long-acting and environmentally friendly flame-retardant polyester fibres and products, and to build a pilot test and industrialization platform for efficient forming of flame-retardant fibres; to overcome high hydrolysis-resistant titanium-based catalysts Composite key technology, optimize catalyst polymerization addition process and melt pipeline transportation technology, realize the efficient and stable catalytic effect of polyester esterification and polycondensation; realize pilot test verification, large-scale production and application demonstration of products, and form independent innovation of critical elements and intellectual property rights to enhance international competitiveness.

R&D BUILDING

       The innovation center builds a research and development building in Wujiang High-tech Zone (Shengze Town), Suzhou City, with a construction land area of 17,764.2 square meters and a building area of about 25,821 square meters.
       It mainly builds key laboratories for flame-retardant fibres, nanofibers, and polyamide fibres, as well as multi-functional and high-performance fibre materials laboratories and bio-based biodegradable fibre laboratories; equipped with polyester, polyamide, aramid, cellulose fibres and other flexible materials. Polymerization experimental device; build a one-stop processing experimental platform for electrospinning, melt spinning, solution spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing; build advanced performance analysis and evaluation platforms for flame-retardant fibres, biodegradable fibres and nanofibers; build raw material synthesis, Forming processing, weaving, printing and dyeing, performance evaluation, and achievement demonstration integrated innovation carrier.

LABORATORY BASE

      The Innovation Center Laboratory is located in Building 11 of Jiangsu Shengze Textile Science and Technology Pioneering Park. It has a melting spinning laboratory, a high-performance fibre and product laboratory, a functional fibre material laboratory, a nanofiber laboratory, an electrostatic spinning pilot base, a natural fibre laboratory, a biodegradable laboratory, a new green catalyst laboratory, a polyamide fibre laboratory, a fibre interface treatment laboratory, and a flame retardant fibre laboratory, Chemical analyst, functional testing and evaluation laboratory, chromatographic spectrum room, electron microscope room, high-temperature room, and the equipment are being gradually improved.
