      The innovation centre has established a research and development team with Academician Yu Jianyong, president of Donghua University, as the chief scientist and introduced Professor Sun Gang from the Textile and Apparel Department of the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) as a member of the strategic advisory committee of the innovation centre. Zeng Xianyi, a professor of the School of Textile Engineering and a review member of the materials and production disciplines of the French national scientific research program ANR, came to the Innovation Center to communicate and hired him as a part-time R&D staff of the Innovation Center. The Center began to establish and train its R&D team. At present, the innovation centre has introduced 8 doctors and 27 masters. The centre continues to recruit high-end R&D personnel through campus recruitment, personnel transfer among alliance members, industry expert recommendation, and recruitment from websites such as Liepin and BOSS direct recruitment. It cooperates with Suzhou City, Wujiang District, Shengze Town, etc., to provide relevant policy support for introducing high-end R&D personnel and academic leaders in the innovation centre, and to increase the intensity of talent recruitment.
