Increase the introduction of postdoctoral research workstations
The post doctoral research workstation of the Innovation Center has full-time management personnel, established a sound management mechanism, and formulated systems such as Post doctoral Entry and Exit Process, Post doctoral Training Process, and Post doctoral Archives Management System. We will also introduce postdoctors according to the strategic layout of the center, set up special funds for research and development, and regularly organize reports to manage their research and development progress. The development of post doctoral work will accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promote the combination of industry, university and research. With the strong support provided by the researchers at the postdoctoral workstation, the innovation center will speed up the capture of a number of key common technologies in the industry, complement weaknesses, create long chains, break through technical barriers, and support the upgrading and sustainable development of China's fiber industry.
